Professional Development Program (PDP) -10 Positions

The Professional Development Program offers fresh graduates a 6-12 months rotational experience across key departments within a function. Trainees will spend 70% of their time on-the-job, gaining practical experience, and the rest in structured classroom and digital training focused on technical and soft skills.

With close mentorship and coaching, participants will develop a strong understanding of the business and their area of specialization. Upon successful completion, they will be offered permanent roles aligned with their strengths and company needs.

• Participate in department rotations and complete assigned tasks.

• Attend training sessions and complete learning modules.
• Work on individual or group projects and present outcomes.
