Ethio-Color Printing PLC is a printing company in Ethiopia and was established in 2016 primary to provide printing services and import papers from abroad. Ethio-Color has rapidly grown in the past few years by producing different printed materials such as books, magazines, brochures, posters, newspapers, stickers, etc. In all these projects, we strive our best to satisfy our clients by producing quality product on time.

Ethio-color would like to fill the following vacancy as soon as possible.

Job Description

• In charge of scheduling, maintaining and coordinating the production planning
• Planning available resources for maximum utilization;
• Coach, train and transfer knowledge to supervisors, operators, interns and other people inside the company.
• Ensures keeping good quality standard of the production;
• Develop and improve the production process and work instruction for all operations and guarantee a proactive technical maintenance plan;
• Ensuring that the order quantity is delivered on time, correct quantity and correct quality;
• Product development / Sampling in conformity of customers’ specification;
• Communicate with sales, designing and plate making for smooth process;
• Plan raw material to take maximum yield;
• Knowing the quality control in process/checking employees;
• Review employee’s performance and their daily target;
• If necessary, over time work should be pre-plan and take approval in advance.

• 5 years of professional experience in Printing, Production scheduling, Packaging and related works with 3 years in supervisory position
• BSc Degree in mechanical, industrial engineering, Technology, Chemical Engineering, Production Technology or equivalent
