Position Description

The Pre-sale Director will manage various technical teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role is critical for maintaining technical excellence, driving process improvements, and ensuring that the company meets its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Develop and implement technical policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure smooth functioning across all respective units.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement to enhance technical processes.
Prepare and present technical reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement plans.

Salary: Negotiable but Attractive

About You

Required Qualifications and Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field is required.
Master’s Degree and/or Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
At least 6 years of relevant Professional experience managing technical teams or similar role
Proficiency in technical management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members
Effective communication & interpersonal skills
