Position Description
Facility management is a broad discipline that covers everything related to the facility, people, comfort, processes, and more. Facility managers ensure that the property and environment are always in working condition and that employees have a safe and functioning workplace.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Overseeing maintenance and repairs, and delegating tasks to team members
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Preparing and implementing budgets and timeframes for work place operations
- Monitoring the cleanliness of the office’s interior and exterior
- Hiring, organizing, and evaluating employees and contractors
- Evaluating processes and monitoring work place resources facilitation
- Developing emergency and contingency plans
- Assist and Report to executive managers
Salary: Negotiable but Attractive
About You
Required Qualifications and Abilities:
- Previous Training or Certificate in facility management is advantageous
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Analytical and Managerial skills
- Outstanding Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and decision making
