Position Title: Media and Communications Service Provider
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Reports To: EAPN On-Ground Coordinator
Duration: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Media and Communications Service Provider to support media engagement and communication activities for the conference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute media outreach plans.
Coordinate relationships with local and regional media houses.
Facilitate press conferences and media briefings.
Create real-time social media content.
Prepare post-event media reports.
Manage print, broadcast, digital, and social media communications.

Deliverables

Comprehensive media coverage report.
Documentation of all media placements and communications activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in media relations and communications.
Strong network with local and regional media outlets.
Fluency in English and Amharic is required.
Excellent writing and content creation skills.
