Job Description
Job Purpose:
To make the advisory solution a go to service by making sure the solutions provided are well designed, state of the art, and relevant to the industry and business I-Capital institute serves.
- Main Duties and responsibilities:
Plan
- Prepare units’ operational plan
- Produce timely and robust reporting on Advisory solutions for planning, resourcing, measurement and forecasting purposes
Design
- Design and implement effective advisory solutions using an effective, up-to-date, and fit for purpose delivery methods, procedures, and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to HR advisory solutions.
- Continuously refine, improve, and develop advisory solutions, tools, procedures, and methods in line with the development in the industry and business priorities
Deliver
- Personally execute activities involved in the organizational survey, strategy development, organizational transformation tasks, and talent management programs. In addition, deliver a BDS practices to MSMEs.
Review
- Measure the effectiveness of Advisory solutions, evaluating the impact on stated performance indicators and identifying actions to drive improved performance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Advisory solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Lead
- Lead teams involved in organizational survey, strategy development, organizational transformation tasks, talent management programs, and BDS practices.
- Develop the capacity of Senior consultants and Consultants in the Advisory solution division through continuous coaching and mentorship.
Collaborate
- Collaborate with clients to identify their advisory solution needs and develop advisory solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales department to prepare project proposals, sales pitching documents related to advisory solution, and make technical learning sales presentation.
- Identify sources of delivery partners, establish contact, recruit and onboard them, and manage the end-to end relationship with them. Make sure the deliver partners pipeline is relevant and full all the time.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory positionOr
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields with eight (8) years of demonstrated experience of which four (4) years in a managerial or supervisory position.
