Job Description

  • Do you have experience in Ensure receipt of goods is in good order as described on the purchase order & requisition ensuring relevant technical advice for receiving goods of specific technical nature

The Role:

The main purpose is to work as part of the logistics team, managing all responsibilities related to supply, warehouses and fleet as well as dispatching of goods.  Logistics Assistant is responsible for ensuring quality in supply chain management support across the Ethiopia programme. Where appropriate, the logistics Assistant will provide support to field teams through assessment and accompaniment.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

  • Relevant qualification degree in supply and logistics Management or any other areas that can bring an added value to the post.
  • Relevant Supply and logistics management experience of 2 years, in I/NGO.
  • Data management and reporting skills
  • Competent in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications including word-processing (Word) and Excel.
