Its primary focus is to have companies in the health sector to help alleviate the health burden of the country with projects such as General Hospital, Chain of Pharmacies, Imaging & Diagnosis Center, Import and Export of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Consumables. 01. Pharmaceutical Cosmetics Advisor
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia | Deadline: August 24, 2026
Major roles
- Provide professional advice and guidance to customers on pharmaceutical cosmetic products based on their needs and appropriate product use.
- Support product selection, categorization, merchandising, and effective management of the pharmaceutical cosmetics portfolio.
- Participate in product sourcing and procurement activities in accordance with Company requirements and approved procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, regulatory, and professional standards.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, expiry dates, and inventory movement to minimize stock-outs, overstocking, and product wastage.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and support commercial negotiations and supplier performance management.
- Support sales activities, customer engagement, product promotion, and achievement of assigned sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales, inventory, product, and performance reports as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetics Science, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in pharmaceutical cosmetics sales.

02. Phlebotomist
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia | Deadline: August 24, 2026

- Term of Employment: – Unlimited period (permanent) up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period
Major roles
- Properly identify, receive, prepare, and provide appropriate information to patients before specimen collection.
- Perform venous and capillary blood collection safely, accurately, and professionally using appropriate techniques.
- Perform blood collection for pediatric and child patients using age-appropriate techniques and appropriate patient-care practices.
- Accurately identify, label, handle, and maintain the integrity of collected specimens in accordance with laboratory procedures.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of specimens and effective coordination with the laboratory.
- Apply infection prevention and control measures, occupational safety practices, and proper medical waste management procedures.
- Provide respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered service throughout the specimen collection process.
- Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and appropriate organization of the phlebotomy workstation and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain adequate supplies and report shortages or equipment-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with laboratory quality assurance requirements, clinical protocols, and applicable regulatory standards..
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Medical Laboratory Science, Phlebotomy, or another qualification recognized by the applicable Ethiopian health regulatory framework.
