Job Description

The Sales Executive at Haile Hotels and Resorts Group plays a vital role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting groups services, engaging with clients, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads in the hospitality sector.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns.

02. Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Description

Haile Hotels and Resorts Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support; ensure effective communication; and efficient coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
Monitor priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of decisions
Assist with event coordination, board meetings, and executive-level engagements
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience supporting senior executives or top management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role
