02. Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Description
Haile Hotels and Resorts Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support; ensure effective communication; and efficient coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
- Monitor priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of decisions
- Assist with event coordination, board meetings, and executive-level engagements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or top management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
