Position Summary:

The Finance Director will provide high-level leadership for the Finance Department, ensuring the organization’s financial health through strategic policy development and rigorous oversight of internal controls.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Finance Department with full accountability.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial policies.
Supervise and lead the organization’s audit and control systems to ensure compliance.

About You

Education:

BA Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
