Boston Partners P.L.C is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Kuriftu Awash. The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations of the resort and ensure compliance with company policies and Ethiopian financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking, and investments.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and labor regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for the Managing Director.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support strategic business decisions through financial analysis and insights.
- Supervise finance and accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate work.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial finance role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian accounting standards, tax laws, and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquet services, and room service.
- Plan and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Develop and implement menus, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
- Lead, train, and supervise F&B staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to the Resort General Manager for strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
