The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash collections, issuing receipts, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance department in related administrative tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, record, and reconcile all payments including tuition fees and other school-related charges.
  • Issue official receipts for all payments received.
  • Maintain accurate cashbooks, ledgers, and daily financial records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with the school’s financial policies and procedures.
  • Safeguard and maintain petty cash for school-related expenditures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents, students, and staff in relation to payment queries.
  • Support the Finance Officer and Administration with other duties as assigned.

About You

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience for Diploma holders.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience for Degree holders.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in basic accounting software and MS Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
