01. Property Management Officer

Job Summary
We invite qualified applicants for the position of Property Management Officer at our Head Office.
Reports To: Human Resource Admin. & Property Manager
The Property Management Officer is responsible for managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials, supplies, and company property. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, proper stock levels, and efficient handling of all items in the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Track asset allocation and ensure proper documentation (issuance, returns, replacements)
- Manage inventory of uniforms, shoes, and other company-issued items
- Maintain an updated asset register and inventory system
- Conduct periodic stock counts and audits
- Coordinate procurement requests for uniforms and other items
- Handle returns of uniforms and shoes from exiting employees
- Report losses, damages, or discrepancies to management
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure distribution of uniforms and shoes to outsourced employees and maintain accurate records
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
- Store items properly to ensure safety and easy access
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual or computerized)
- Issue materials to staff and keep proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstocking
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
- Label and track all items correctly
- Prepare reports on stock movement and balances
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or BA degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in inventory, property, or asset management
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, ERP knowledge is preferable
- Good communication and coordination skills
