01. Accountant

Job Summary
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
- Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
- Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.
- Prepare journal entries, and complete general ledger operations
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, draw up monthly financial reports
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested, and assist with year-end closings
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for ongoing projects.
- Ensure 100% compliance with tax regulations, VAT returns, and financial policies.
- Oversee project cost control, payment collection, and financial reporting.
- Conduct quarterly financial reviews and ensure cash flow remains positive.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project budgets.
- Implement cost reduction strategies to achieve financial efficiency goals.

Education:
- BA degree in Accounting, Economics or related field of study

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth administrative workflow.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level daily support, including managing files, preparing reports, and maintaining office documentation.
- Communication: Handle basic marketing and communication tasks; serve as a point of contact for partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Facility Management: Maintain stock of office equipment & stationery and ensure equipment requirements are met.
- Standardization: Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and regulatory formatting standards. Manage office printing hardware and ensure a steady supply of specialized stationery, inks, and binding materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and interactive websites.
- Create UI/UX mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for internal and client-facing platforms.
- Support the marketing team in campaign and promotional visuals.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Ensure Core Web Vitals are met through image optimization, code splitting, and efficient data fetching.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development, graphic design, and UI/UX
- Proven experience with React hooks, context API, and Next.js specific features like Middleware and API Routes.
- Strong experience with Fire store security rules, Firebase Auth, and managing high-read/write environments.
- Mastery of Tailwind CSS, including custom configurations and responsive design patterns.
- Professional experience with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory
- Experience designing in tech or telecom industry is a plus
