Doctors Alliance General Hospital (DAGH) is inviting qualified, competent, and motivated professionals to join our team for the following positions:

01. NICU Nurse (3 Positions)

Deadline: September 20, 2026   |    Location: Addis Ababa

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, preferably in NICU.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure clinical environment.

02. Medical & Surgical Nurse (4 Positions)

Deadline:  September 20, 2026  |    Location: Addis Ababa

Requirements:

  • Diploma or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
  • Experience in medical and/or surgical wards is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

03. General Maintenance Personnel

Deadline: September 20, 2026   |    Location: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair activities.
  • Regularly inspect hospital facilities, utilities, and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
  • Ensure the safety and proper functioning of hospital infrastructure.
  • Maintain maintenance tools and work areas in a clean and organized condition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant maintenance work experience.
  • Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, or general building maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repair and maintenance works.
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or institutional setting is an advantage.
