Invitation to Bid: Selection and Implementation of an Integrated Enterprise Management System for a Non-Profit Organization

INVITATION FOR BID

Ethiopian Center for Development (DANIDA Project) invites interested bidders for the Purchase of:-

• Selection and Implementation of an Integrated Enterprise Management System for a Non-Profit Organization

Therefore;

• The organization invites sealed bids from eligible bidders as per the conditions specified hereunder.

1. Renewed Trade License
2. TIN Certificate
3. VAT Registration Certificate
4. TAX clearance certificate
5. Renewed practicing certificate
6. All bidders’ prices shall be before value-added tax (VAT)
7. Bidders use the bid item list to fill in their price in front of each item without any repetitive canceling (delete) mark, and put their seal and signature accordingly.
8. The Organization has the right to add or reduce items that are indicated in the bid document.
9. Bidders shall submit samples for the specified items before the bid opening, but for the other items, they should be submitted according to the given specification.
10. Filling price depending on or referring price is extremely forbidden.
11. Bidders shall get the bid document without any payment.
12. Bidders’ document should fulfill: full address, business firm seal or stamp, bidder signature, and other requirements.
13. A bidder who tries to cheat, defraud, or corrupt to distort the bid process will be accountable according to the National law.
14. When bidders hand over the award letter, they will sign an agreement that shows the accomplishment of the activity.
