Daily responsibilities will vary and depend on the individual’s background, including but not limited to:
• Assist in the design and dissemination of internal communications materials such as announcements, digital flyers, and intranet updates
• Support the promotion of events, trainings, and HR campaigns organized by HRMS
• Contribute to introducing new staff members through internal communication channels
• Help adapt and disseminate global HR messages for ECA staff
• Ensure alignment of communication materials with ECA HRMS branding guidelines
• Support the monitoring of staff engagement with communications and propose improvements
• Research and suggest creative approaches to improve internal communications
• Assist with content formatting, simple visual design, or media creation using available tools.

In addition, education background in communication, graphic designing and content creation is desirable.
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. Fluency in English is required for this internship. Knowledge of an additional official UN language is an advantage.
