We have openings for motivated intern Consultant to join our ever-growing collaborative team and contribute to meaningful projects.

Employment Type:  Intern Level

Experience Required:

• 0 Year (we will not review applicant with Experience)
• Duration of Role: 2 months

Duty Station:

• Addis Ababa, with possible travel to project sites when necessary
• Total Number: Three

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of expression of interest
• Assist and facilitate in organizing workshops, trainings, and meeting
• Participate in production of PowerPoint, templates, documents
• Facilitate financial and administrative procedures (including logistic arrangement) for trainings, meetings, workshops
• Conduct literature review
• gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses
• assist or coordinate project implementation
• Produce and update the database of projects, field research team and consultants
• gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendation
• Produce content for the digital outreach
• participate on different projects team meeting and document minutes
• liaison with consultants and client on research undertakings
• Closely follow up the status of submitted expressions of interest , proposals
• Update the content of the website
• Market research and due diligence
• Participate in the research proposal development
• Produce bio-summary and CV of consultants
• Participate in project management, survey and field visit
• Follow-up with clients to ensure maximum client satisfactio
• Technical assistance to client and stakeholders as required
• Work with the admin and marketing team
• Undertake other duties as may be assigned by the core team

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in economics and business, development studies, statistics
• Zero years of work experienc
• Good Communication and English Writing skill
• Good experience in using visualization software such as PowerBI, Canva, Power Point, STATA, SPSS and Microsoft Office Tool
• Good interpersonal skill
• Strong analytical, problem solving and networking skills
• Be a team player and communicator
• Salary: ETB 11,000.00
