GENERAL MISSION
Reporting to the Inclusive Education (IE) Project Manager, the Education Cannot Wait (MYRP-II) Inclusive Education Project Officer contributes to implementing the mandate and the 10-year strategy of Humanity & Inclusion in the country where s/he is based. S/he is responsible for implementing his/her project in the target area.
Under the supervision of the Inclusive Education Project Manager, the Education Cannot Wait (MYRP-II) Inclusive Education project officer, based in Tigray Region, is responsible for supervision and in charge of facilitating the implementing a project called “Education Cannot Wait (MYRP-II)” pre-primary, primary school age children and adolescents affected by the conflict and drought. This project will be implemented jointly with Save the Children (SCI), Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), Forum for African Women Educationalists (FAWE), and 3 Local CSOs.
Project Implementation and Management Support
Proper Documenting and record keeping
Develop resources and conduct capacity-building / awareness-raising initiatives effectively
Maintain a high quality of work
Responsible for implementing the safeguarding policies at the project level
