As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions, taking ownership of the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. You are empowered to move about your assigned spaces and do what it takes to create an exceptional environment for our guests—whether that means delivering guest requests, stocking carts, or cleaning rooms and public areas.

 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Cleanliness: Clean guest rooms, public spaces, and other assigned areas to the highest standards.

• Guest Service: Promptly and courteously deliver guest requests and assist with inquiries to ensure a great stay.

• Operations & Logistics: Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and supply areas.

• Proactive Care: Take ownership of your assigned spaces, identifying and executing tasks to keep the property pristine.

Requirements & Expectations

• Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet and moving for extended periods (standing, sitting, or walking).

• Hands-On Work: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Professionalism: Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance. Ensure all communications with guests and team members are professional.

• Compliance & Safety: Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards while ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
