Job Description

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Head of Security who will reside on the premises and take full-time responsibility for the safety and security of the facility, its occupants, assets, and visitors. This role requires round-the-clock oversight, leadership of the security function, and immediate response to any incidents or emergencies at any time of day or night.

The ideal candidate is disciplined, alert, and committed to maintaining a secure and well-managed environment through continuous presence and supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reside within the premises and maintain 24/7 security oversight.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and manage all security guards and shifts.
  • Monitor CCTV, access control, and visitor management at all times.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including during night hours.
  • Respond immediately to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
  • Maintain an incident log and submit regular security reports to management.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and safety drills.
  • Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when required.
  • Ensure proper control of keys, gates, entry/exit points, and restricted areas.
  • Manage security equipment and vendor services.
  • Train security staff on discipline, alertness, and protocol compliance.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations, with leadership responsibility.
  • Prior experience in residential, institutional, healthcare, or school environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control.
  • Physically fit and able to conduct routine patrols.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and discipline.
