Mother and Child Rehabilitation Center ( MCRC), a civil society organization committed to empowering survivors of violence, and vulnerable women and children is seeking an experienced Finance and Administration professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Process day-to-day transactions, manage petty cash, and support the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Banking & Reconciliation: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is accurately recorded.
• Administration & Procurement: Oversee office supplies, manage asset registers, and assist with procurement processes in alignment with donor/organizational guidelines.
• HR & Payroll: Support human resource functions, including tracking staff leave and maintaining confidential personnel files.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, local labor laws, and financial policies.
