Under the overall supervision of the Preparedness and Response Unit (PRU) Coordinator, Technical supervision of the CCCM and ES /NFIs Cluster Coordinators and direct supervision of Head of Sub-Office, the successful candidate will support IOM’s commitment to work within the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) framework and the Cluster Approach. As a result, the Senior Project Associate coordinates a response in an environment requiring high accountability standards and demonstrable leadership, coordination, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. The principles of partnership and collaboration are essential. The successful candidate will support the ES/NFI and CCCM Clusters to coordinate the ES/NFI and CCCM Clusters’ responses.
6, Advocacy & Resource Mobilization
Collaborate with national coordinators to advocate for funding and address identified gaps in CCCM and ES/NFI sectors.
7. Inter-Cluster & Government Coordination
8. Capacity Building & Performance Monitoring
Support the national Cluster on capacity-building activities for cluster members, community representatives, local partners, and government authorities.
