Job Description

Kegna Beverages Share Company is the company which is under formation and working hard to engross in the Beverage Industry of Ethiopia that is incredibly untapped yet and fast growing.

The Company, officially endorsed on 04 March 2017 by the recommendation and promoter Committee selection of the Public Private Partnership Council of the Oromia Regional State. The promoter committee has been in contact since then frequently on the formal establishment of Kegna Beverages and on fulfilling local legal requirements of company formation, finalizing multiple discipline viability tests and studies and ground preparation for the official launching and foreign direct investment search, and approaches.

Kegna Beverages Share Company officially launched on 01 April 2017 at the Oromo Cultural Center at the Presence of higher Oromia Regional State Officials, Bank Representatives, Local Investors, invited Foreign Investors, Invited guests and Medias. The multiple studies which are mostly finalized as of now (Feasibility Study, Civil and Construction works assessment, Geotechnical, hydrology and topography analysis) on the primarily selected site of the production are finalized and ready to show the picture of the investment as of now.

Role Description

The Executive Driver is responsible to provide the overall driving services and any other related tasks for the executive directors and CEO. He/ she also responsible to keep the car clean and in operating condition, adhere to all traffic rules and regulations while driving the car.

Reports To:

HR Senior Officer ( HR service )

Responsibilities

Drives the Company’s car and provides the necessary transport services to the executive directors and CEO.
Ensures that the car is always in good working condition and records the amount of fuel consumed and the mileage.
Services the vehicle which he drives and also takes care of minor defects e.g. car wash, check oil, fuel water, brake fluid, clutters fluid, tire pressure and battery etc.
Parks the vehicle at the specific place and ensures its security as much as possible when parking out in the streets.
Follows up maintenance work when the car is in a garage for repair and ensures that the work is done to his satisfaction.
In case of accident, informs the appropriate authorities and his supervisor immediately.
Adheres to all traffic rules and regulations when driving the car.
Reacts to any infringements to the vehicle in line of duty made by self or other.
Takes responsibility for the vehicle in hand.
Handles such other similar duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
