About the Job
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
  • Organize and update filing systems for documents, reports, contracts and presentations.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for management when required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Track and manage office supplies, ensuring necessary inventory is available.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and executive engagements.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Represent the executive in a professional and polished manner.
  • Handle sensitive company and executive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment is preferred.
