Terms of Employment; Contract based renewed yearly on his/her performance

Basic Salary: ETB. 30,600

Qualifications, Skills, Work experience, Duties and Responsibilities

• MSC Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology or a related field discipline with 3 years of Teaching experience.
• Certificate of Teaching Methodology.
• Certificate of COC achievement.
• Technical and Professional Certificate will be treated as an asset
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Competent in preparing financial reports and records
• Deliver hands on college level training.
• Develop/ Revise/ Participate in curriculum Revision
• Develop/ Revise/ Participate in TTLM preparation
• Develops action plan based on the curriculum
• Supervise and conduct assessment procedures in accordance with official TVET strategy
• Initiate measures to improve the training standard
• Maintain electrical electronics department equipment
• Participate in project and research works
