The Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs–Ethiopia (CCP/Ethiopia) is implementing the Community Service as Pathways to Work (CSPW) Project in 125 districts across the Amhara, Oromia, Southwest Ethiopia, and Central Ethiopia Regions, in collaboration with the Youth Network for Sustainable Development (YNSD) and with support from the Mastercard Foundation.
The project aims to expand opportunities for young Ethiopians to access dignified and fulfilling work through community service while strengthening self-efficacy, leadership, and business development skills.
