• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or a related field from an accredited academic Institution with two years of relevant professional experience.

Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.

• Experience in migrant-related programmes or visa-related services
• Experience in customer service and team management
• Experience in IOM administrative assistance and Finance management.

• Strong Compliance with IRCC Service level standards & Security Awareness
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude, manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• For this position, fluency in English is required (oral and written).

IOM’s official languages are English, French and Spanish.

Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
