Purpose of the Program

We are now searching for enthusiastic CSR’s to join our various Departments/Banking Centers. The major purpose of this function is to work in high-performing teams to make a difference and deliver excellent customer service. This role is responsible for delivering primary level information about the bank and its relevant units, keeping the office appearance and atmosphere, organizing departmental/branch records and correspondences with internal and external clients, and performing secretarial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and applying Zemen Bank standards, procedures, and methodologies to assignments.
  • Providing accurate and timely data on assigned tasks as needed, including optimal usage of appropriate knowledge sources.
  • Understand how to develop constructive working connections with co-workers.
  • Maintain personal progress and knowledge in a specialized sector.
  • Maintain strong work habits that contribute to the growth and profitability of the bank.
  • Work independently and under pressure to fulfil deadlines.
  • A competent team player with a strong interest in the industry.

About You

Educational Requirement

  • B.A. Degree in Marketing, Communications, SSOM, Digital Marketing, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related Business fields.
  • Only graduates of 2024 & 2025 G.C. with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 are eligible to apply.
