Kelem invites qualified and legally registered consulting/research firms to submit proposals to conduct a feasibility study for the project concept note focused on addressing multifaced urban vulnerable refugees’ challenges based in Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa and Jigjiga with special focus on enhancing Protection, Basic Needs and Sustainable Self‑Reliance.

Interested firms may purchase the TOR and RFP documents from our office located at Augusta, during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM) with nonrefundable 1,000 ETB.
