The Role:

Oxfam’s Global Humanitarian Team is looking for a Business Development Officer to operationalise business development elements of Oxfam Consults. This includes supporting the Business Development Manager in the expansion of the Oxfam Consults programme and provide support on related issues, including administrative, procurement, HR and financial.

 

This is a Fixed Term role from 1 February 2026 (or as soon as possible) until 31 March 2026

  • Ability to prioritise, respond quickly and work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Proactive approach, ability to influence others and use initiative to achieve goals
  • Flexible team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
