Job Summary
- Business analysis officer, is responsible to supports the business users with the formulation of a system or process change within the business activity. The role holder will work closely with the business end users, IT Services, the project team and external suppliers to ensure that an effective solution is deployed into the estate. The senior officer will support the project during the project life cycle.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
- Professional ICT qualifications in Microsoft systems and ERP systems is an added advantage.
Experience
- At least Four (4) years of service delivery management
Functional/Technical Competencies
- Experience working as a business analyst (or equivalent role) in a Banking environment.
- Experience of the full product lifecycle.
- Familiarity with digital and web service solutions.
- Awareness of Open Source and cloud technologies.
- Experience of the development and implementation of ERP and E-Commerce solutions.
- Good working knowledge of database management, data analysis and business reporting.
- Up to date knowledge of the security and legal obligations surrounding managing data and information.
- Experience of proactively managing IT suppliers and contracts.
