Background:

Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS ET) is a German-based NGO and a branch office of Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Germany. Established in Ethiopia in May 2015, the foundation’s objectives include improving rural livelihoods in tropical environments, supporting youth, and promoting nature and environmental protection.

Currently, HRNS ET is seeking to appoint an independent and qualified external audit firm to conduct the project audit of the International Climate Initiative (IKI) for the years 2018 to 2025.

Requirements for Participation:

Eligible and competent audit firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals along with the following mandatory documents:

1. Firm Profile
2. Renewed Trade License (current year)
3. TIN and VAT Registration Certificates
4. Certificate of Competence issued by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
5. A written statement confirming the audit will be conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
6. Evidence of prior experience in auditing NGOs
7. Experience with similar donor-funded projects is an added advantage
