Job Purpose:
Responsible for coordination and management of BFSI sales team efforts to generate business for the company with the direction of the Sales Manager
The general duties of the Sales Team Lead (BFSI) are to work with the Sales Manager, and other members of the sales and marketing team in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline of work that reflect the current and anticipated business strategy, annual and quarterly business plans on the assigned set of accounts. This will be achieved through working with and management of the marketing, Channel and Solution team generating on all data and following through with client engagement, key account management, engagement with key stakeholders, and potential partner organizations with a subsequent action plan to convert opportunities to tenders and tenders to contracts( Revenue).
