Eshet Children and Youth Development Organization (ECYDO) is a local Civil Society youth-focused Organization (CSO) that was legally re-registered and operated by the Federal Authority of Civil Society Organizations in Ethiopia with Number 0095 according to the new Civil Society Organizations Proclamation 1113/2019 as a local Civil Society Organization (CSO) in the year 2019.

The organization plays a vital role in improving the lives of young people and women in Ethiopia. ECYDO strives to decrease gender-based violence, promote Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) education and youth-friendly services; alleviate socio-economic problems of children and young people; Promote meaningful youth participation and youth leadership capacity development; Promote environmental protection; Foster peace, peace-building, and peaceful co-existence; Creation of job opportunity and skills development for children, youth and women/girls.

ECYDO would like to invite all interested and qualified External audit firms to submit a quotation for conducting the Annual audit services for the financial year 2025.

Interested and qualified consulting firms are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals, including:

• Company profile and relevant experience
• Copy of renewed professional license and business registration Include copies of a valid TIN, VAT registration certificate, and renewed trade license for the year 2018 E.C.
• Audit methodology and approach
• Detailed fee structure

Proposals Submission Guideline

• Interested vendors are requested to submit a technical and financial proposal in hard copies to the address given below.
• Proposals (Technical & Financial proposals) should be sealed and stamped each in a separate envelop.
• Proposals received later than the deadline will not be accepted/ considered.
