Job Description
About the Role
BAN-DRCE is seeking a highly skilled qualitative data analysis software (NVivo and Atlas.ti) Trainer to provide intensive, hands-on training for our consultancy team. The trainer will deliver a 5-day program focused on enhancing our staff’s capacity to conduct high-quality qualitative and mixed-methods research using primarily NVivo and Atlas.ti.
We are looking for a professional with advanced NVivo and Atlas.ti expertise, strong research methodology knowledge, and proven experience in delivering engaging, practice-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a 5-day (Half Day) training program tailored to consultancy professionals (beginner to advanced levels).
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, exercises, sample datasets, and presentations.
- Provide practical demonstrations and one-on-one coaching to ensure participant understanding.
- Adapt content and delivery methods to suit different learning needs and project requirements.
Content of the Training
The 5-day NVivo training will cover:
- Introduction to NVivo
- Organizing and managing data
- Data coding and categorization
- Analyzing and visualizing qualitative data
- Advanced data analysis techniques in NVivo
- Reporting and exporting findings
About You
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, or related field with strong emphasis on qualitative research.
- In-depth understanding of consultancy work and prior experience working with consultancy teams.
- Expert-level proficiency in NVivo software (certification as NVivo Expert/Trainer is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and mixed-methods research approaches (e.g., thematic analysis, grounded theory, discourse analysis, content analysis).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience conducting qualitative analysis using NVivo and Atlas.ti.
- Demonstrated experience delivering NVivo training to professional audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and methodological concepts.
