01. Training & Payroll Coordinator
Salary: – As per Company scale and benefit packages.
Place of work: – Addis Ababa.

Basic Job Descriptions:
- Assess training needs from the HR surge Plan and across departments in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop, plan, and coordinate annual training calendars and schedules.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external training sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and evaluation results.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Collect, verify, and process employee payroll data (attendance, duty and overtime schedule, allowances, deductions).
- Prepare monthly overtime, duty schedule and deductible to be forwarded to finance office for an accurate payroll and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Maintain employee duty and overtime schedule and deductible files and safeguard confidential records.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Education- BA/MA in Management or HRM or Public Administration.
- Experience – at least 4/2 years demonstrated experience.

02. Level IV Laboratory Technician

Basic Job Descriptions:
- Greet patients, verify their identity, and explain the blood-drawing process.
- Perform venipuncture, skin punctures, or arterial punctures to collect blood samples.
- Collect, prepare, and process biological samples for analysis.
- Label, store, and transport blood specimens correctly.
- Adhere to strict sterilization and sanitation protocols, and safely dispose of sharp instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples and patient information.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide first aid if needed.
- Ensure all phlebotomy equipment is well-stocked and in good condition.

05. Medical Laboratory Quality Officer

Basic Job Descriptions:
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), track quality metrics, and manage all quality documentation (SOPs, manuals).
- Organize internal audits, act as the main contact for external audits, and ensure the lab adapts to new regulations.
- Lead investigations into errors and problems, find the root cause, and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Train staff on quality procedures and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Report on QMS performance to lab management and escalate critical issues affecting patient safety.
- Lead projects to enhance lab efficiency and approve new equipment/methods to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Reports directly to Laboratory Director/Senior Management for independence and objectivity.
- Provides expert guidance and recommendations to lab management; does not directly manage operational staff.
- Works closely with lab supervisors and section heads to implement quality practices in daily work.
