The Market Solutions Practice (MSP) addresses structural market failures by leveraging four core infrastructures: intelligent data and decisioning, intelligent financial services, digital agriculture, and smart mobility. Through these platforms, MSP enables MSMEs, smallholder farmers, and low- to middle-income individuals to access finance, skills, and markets driving job creation, social inclusion, and economic empowerment.
Position Summary
The Associate, Quality Assurance and Platform Administrator is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, governance, and operational integrity of Kifiya’s digital learning and participant management platforms.
This role safeguards the structured delivery of digital MSME and smallholder farmer training journeys by enforcing functional quality assurance standards, maintaining configuration discipline, and supporting controlled platform releases.
The role acts as a quality gatekeeper between content design, platform configuration, user acceptance testing, and live deployment, ensuring that learner pathways, data capture, compliance requirements, and reporting standards operate as designed within the broader Market Solutions Practice delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Functional and Content Quality Assurance
- Conduct structured functional testing of digital learning journeys prior to release.
- Validate learner pathways, progression logic, completion rules, comprehension assessments, certification triggers, and integration points with credit enablement systems.
- Test data capture fields, participant tagging, inclusion markers, and reporting outputs to ensure data accuracy and governance compliance.
- Verify alignment between instructional content, system configuration,and expected learner outcomes.
Platform Administration and Configuration Governance
- Maintain platform configurations, user permissions, tagging structures, and workflow logic in accordance with approved delivery standards.
- Ensure version control discipline across learning modules, assessments,and participant journeys.
- Maintain structured documentation including standard operating procedures, configuration records, change logs, and release notes.
- Safeguard platform integrity by preventing unauthorized changes or uncontrolled feature deployments.
Release Management and User Acceptance Testing
- Support user acceptance testing processes with structured test cases and documented validation criteria.
- Coordinate prerelease testing cycles and release readiness assessments.
- Produce release sign off documentation aligned to governance requirements.
- Support controlled deployment and post release monitoring.
Monitoring, Issue Tracking, and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor live learner journeys to identify system errors, usability friction, drop off patterns, and data inconsistencies.
- Maintain structured issue logs with severity classification and resolution tracking.
- Escalate systemic risks and recurring defects to Digital Delivery and Technology teams.
- Contribute to platform improvement recommendations based on user behavior, defect analysis, and delivery of performance data.
Delivery and Compliance Alignment
- Ensure platform workflows align with Market Solutions Practice delivery pathways including onboarding, training completion, credit eligibility tagging, and post training tracking.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining complete QA documentation and traceable release records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection, consent management, and participant privacy standards.
- Completed QA test scripts, validation records, and structured issue logs

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Education, Technology, or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in digital quality assurance, platform administration, system testing, or release management.
- Demonstrated experience testing user flows, structured data capture, and content driven digital journeys.
- Experience with education technology, digital learning systems, financial inclusion platforms, or customer facing applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems, structured documentation practices, and release of governance standards.
