Organizational Overview
Meseret Humanitarian Organization (MHO) is an initiative to reduce vulnerability among children and women in Ethiopia founded by concerned, interested and responsible individuals. MHO is established as a humanitarian organization in July 2011 and registered in October 2011 with re-registration certificate number 2455. MHO envisions seeing all Ethiopian women & children inspire to prosperity. MHO has a mission of empowering and changing the personal, social and economic status of women and children’s of Ethiopia who live under poverty by giving the opportunities and supports which leads to development. MHO is committed to its safeguarding policy and principles.
MHO would like to recruit and hire qualified applicants for its new project entitled: Nurturing Social Accountability (SA) to Improve Family Planning (FP)/Maternal, New-Born, and Child Health (MNCH) Service funded by NPI-EXPAND ETHIOPIA in Konso and South Omo Zones/SNNPR.
Duration: 1 year
Job Requirements
Qualification/Experience
- A minimum of four years of experience in USAID funded project directly implementing particularly engaged in social accountability process
- Communication Skill With the community and wereda level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in local languages
- Demonstrated ability to establish good working relationship with key stakeholders at wereda levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team as required
Minimum Requirements and qualification
- BA or above in social science or other related filed from a recognized higher educational institute
