About organization
Faith in Action (FIA) found in 2010, as Ethiopian Residence Charitable Association. FIA is built upon the premise of that Children, Women and Youth are the promise of the successful development of Ethiopia. In order to be productive, influential leaders of the future, young women and men need the knowledge and opportunities to be healthy and self-reliant. FIA provides these opportunities to enable themselves and work towards an Ethiopia of promise, gender equality, economic and environmental strength.

Mission: To facilitate a favorable condition to understand the social, economic and political problems of vulnerable group (Women, children, adolescent, youth, elders and people with disability) to enable them realize their potential through access and control over resources and power building.
Thematic area: FIA achieves its organization objectives through its programs, projects, and activities. Its work lies in the following domains:
- Women Empowerment
- Basic Health service (RH/RMNHC and HIV/AIDS)
- Access and Quality of Education
- GBV/HTP and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)
- Emergency and Humanitarian Response
- Environment Protection
- Peace Building and Conflict Resolution
Program Summary
Faith in action is implementing this program for the second round after completing the first one with great success. This program is not intended for the profit of the organization rather committed to support and nurture youth. It is mainly designed to support recent graduates in their personal and professional development enhancing their capacity.
It is a three-month mentorship program.
What we offer

- A supportive environment to help you grow in to leadership role
- Mentorship from experienced professionals on soft skills and job readiness (writing CV, job application preparation and job interview skill development).
- Networking opportunities with experienced individuals, organizations and peers

About You
Requirement
- Degree or diploma from a known institution
- Age between 20-30
- Graduated with in the past 3 years
- Adaptability
