Job Description

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Training Manager.

Required qualifications:

BA degree in management, business Administration, hotel management and related fields.
Minimum of five years’ work experience as a Training Manager in four- or five-star hotels.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Competencies required:

Efficient communicator and highly organised
Attention to detail and a self-starter
Able to work under pressure
Reliable and can meet deadlines
Good team player
Ability to work with minimum supervision
