JaRco Consulting is a leading international consulting firm based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, specializing in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL). We work across diverse technical sectors including agriculture, livelihoods, health, nutrition, gender, and capacity development. Our clients include international donors, NGOs, UN agencies, and private sector actors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to help drive strategic growth and support the design of high-quality, competitive proposals.

JaRco Consulting PLC has been working with various diplomatic, consular and similar domestic and foreign companies since September 2000 under the Licensing Proclamation No. 686/2010 and Federal Law No. 13/1997. 0003947654 is a registered and operating company.

JaRco Consulting PLC would like to invite potential and certified audit firms to perform Statutory Audit Service starting from the fiscal year (FY) ending 30th June 2025.

Interested and eligible bidders who meet the following requirements are invited to submit their non- returnable Technical and Financial proposal in a separately sealed envelope on or before Aug 01, 2025 to the Finance Department of the organization.

Bid proposals will be opened on Aug 04, 2025 at 10:00 am in the presence of the bidders or their delegation who want to attend.

Type of Contract

• JaRco Consulting intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• September 01- September 25,2025

Place of Performance

The activities to be performed under this contract will take place in JaRco Consulting PLC office located at Torhailoch, Mobil, Behind Seven Eleven Supermarket, Addis Ababa Ethiopia.

Key Deliverables and Timeline

The engagement will result in the issue of an independent audit report as well as a management letter summarizing key findings from the review of the office’s financial records as well as recommendations to enhance the office’s performance in achieving its main objectives.

Bidders must meet the requirements

• Professional license to audit the accounts of the Ethiopian Accounting and Auditing Board or the legal entity he represents and can provide for this certification.
• Renewed business license and business registration for 2017 to enable auditing.
• VAT registered and able to submit the certificate
• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
• Organizational profile including evidence of experience in auditing preferably non- governmental organization.
• Should submit a Certificate of Excellence from at least 4 of the organizations that have previously provided audit services.
• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
