Terms of Reference (TOR) for Renewing 81 Microsoft 365 Business Standard Subscription Licenses for First Consult

BACKGROUND

First Consult PLC seeks to engage a qualified service provider to provide 81 Microsoft 365 licenses for our existing tenants. This TOR outlines the scope of work, requirements, and evaluation criteria for selecting the service provider.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of this TOR is to engage a qualified service provider to provide First Consult with the renewal of 81 Microsoft 365 licenses.

SCOPE OF WORK

The selected supplier will be responsible for:

• Renewing the existing Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription licenses.
• Ensuring the renewed licenses are available on our portal.

DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINE

The service provider will be responsible for the following deliverables:

• Renewed 81 Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription licenses.
• Confirmation of license availability on our portal.
• The deliverables are expected to be delivered immediately upon award.

SERVICE PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Service provider must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be an authorized Microsoft reseller/partner.
• Proven track record of renewing/providing Microsoft 365 licenses.
• Compliance with confidentiality requirements.
• legal documents (renewed business license, TIN and VAT registration certificates)

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested service providers are required to submit the following:

• Company Profile: Overview of the company, including experience and qualifications.
• Financial Proposal: Detailed cost breakdown.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Compliance with the scope of work.
• Supplier’s experience and track record. (Past performance and references).
• Price competitiveness.
