SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with a qualified, experienced, and competent Consultancy Firms to conduct Endline Project Assessment to Eth_ Education and Child Protection Integrated Program in SNNPRS + Sidama.

Therefore, interested Consultancy Firms that have experience in the sector are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service. The detailed criteria are included in the ToR.

The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:

Technical document: Interested applicants should submit their technical document in a soft copy by clearly mentioning the title in the subject of the study “SCI-ET-2026-014 | Application to conduct Endline Project Assessment to Eth_ Education and Child Protection Integrated Program in SNNPRS + Sidama| Consultant Name” using an email address ethiopia.bidsubm@savethechildrsen.org. No later than COB May 18, 2026.

Financial document

• Should be submitted in a sealed envelope by clearly mentioning the bidder’s name, address, tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-014), and the tender title at the SCI office, Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Meskel Square, next to Marriott Hotel, Sunshine building, 6th floor,
Supply chain office. No later than COB May 18, 2026.

Submission of a financial document in a soft copy will result in disqualification Supporting Documentation: All other required technical documents and supporting materials as specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
