TERMS OF REFERENCE CONDUCT MATERNAL, INFANT, AND YOUNG CHILD NUTRITION IN EMERGENCIES (MIYCN-E) CAPACITY ASSESSMENT

SAVE THE CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL (SCI, Ethiopia) is the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to enter an agreement with Consultancy Firm to Conduct Maternal, Infant, and Young Child Nutrition in Emergencies (MIYCN-E) Capacity Assessment Therefore, interested Consultant Firm that have experience in the sector are invited to submit their proposal to provide the requested service.

Guidance on submission of Proposals:

The following instructions need to be followed when submitting proposals:

1. Technical Proposal Submission Guide

• Interested candidates must submit their technical applications through email ethiopia.bidsubm@savethechildren.org no later than COB February 11, 2026.
• Cover Letter: A cover letter expressing interest in the services and briefly stating which package is being applied for (Maximum 2 pages).
• Important Note: This is a sealed email inbox, and submissions will not be opened until the tender closes. Kindly refrain from sending any tender-related queries to this address, as they will not be answered.
• Email Subject: ” SCI-ET-2026-002 | Application for Conducting Maternal, Infant, and Young Child Nutrition in Emergencies (MIYCN-E) Capacity Assessment | Consultant Name”
• Ensure all attached documents are clearly labeled to reflect their contents.
• Email attachments should not exceed 15MB. If necessary, please split the submission across two emails.

2. Financial Proposal Submission Guide

• Interested candidates’ financial proposals/applications must be submitted in a hard-copy sealed envelope to Save the Children International Country Office, no later than COB February 11, 2026, clearly mentioning the bidder’s name, address, and the tender reference number (SCI-ET-2026-002) and title as stated above. Supporting Documentation: All other required technical documents and supporting materials as specified in the Terms of Reference (ToR).
