Job Description
GOPA Infra is updating its worldwide Tender/Proposal Writers pool for Architecture & Urban Development, Transport & Mobility, Waste Management and Water & Sanitation for future projects.
Task description:
- Would you be interested in writing entire/parts of tenders (preparation of methodology, comments to ToR, drafting of work and staffing schedules)?
- Which international donors are you experienced with? (GOAP Infra currently works for GIZ, KfW Development Bank, EIB, EBRD, EU, WB, AfDB, ADB, MCC etc.)
- Please state your fields of expertise, which topics do you feel confident with for tender writing?
- What are your focus countries/regions?
- Which languages do you mainly write in? (GOPA Infra currently prepares tenders mainly in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese)
- Regarding your availability, how long in advance would we have to contact you for tender writing?
- Please provide a list of successful tenders.
- Please let us know an indicative tariff for your writing services.

Qualifications:
- An accredited University Graduate Degree in one or more relevant fields (architecture, transport, civil engineering, solid waste management, environmental science or similar)
- Significant experience in the developing world. Experience in Eastern Europe, CIS, Africa, Asia and/or Latin America or geographically similar countries, and other lower-income or lower-middle income countries would be advantages.
- Excellent communication & writing skills and it is essential to have full professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, French, Spanish or Portuguese.
