Telemarketer (5 Positions)

We are hiring for one of our clients Craft software plc a telemarketer.

Location: Craft Software PLC, Ethiopian ICT Park, Addis Ababa
Working Hours: 4 PM – 12 AM (Second Shift)
Work Type: Onsite (Office-Based)

Role Overview:

Craft Software PLC is seeking a Telemarketer to support our talent acquisition efforts. This is an onsite position based at our office in Ethiopian ICT Park, requiring active engagement with job seekers, managing candidate applications, and assisting in recruitment outreach through various platforms. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, track, and manage candidate applications across job portals (Dice, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
• Maintain and optimize company accounts on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Conduct follow-ups with job seekers to facilitate smooth communication.
• Engage with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Assist in recruitment-related telemarketing efforts, including outreach and initial screenings.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: (0 – 2 years) Prior experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or candidate sourcing is a plus.
• Preferred candidates residing in Megenagna, Summit, Gerji, Bole, or near Goro ICT
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn profile management.
• Ability to multitask and efficiently follow up with candidates.
• Comfortable working second shift (4 PM – 12 AM) (10:00 – 6:00(Midnight) Local time) and coordinating with international teams if required.
