Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Area Program Manager, the Team Leader will be a crucial member of the team responsible for delivering high-quality services. The Team Leader will manage and facilitate the team to ensure impactful service delivery, focusing on comprehensive programs that align with MSI protocols and donor requirements.

Duties/Tasks
- Oversee daily team operations, ensuring the achievement of project goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure the implementation of high-quality standards and protocols in service delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and strategize for improvement.
- Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback for continuous development.
- Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on projects.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and project outcomes to the Area Program Manager.
- Identify and address any issues impacting team effectiveness and service delivery.
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of project goals and objectives
Person Specification
A. Qualification Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Health, Social Sciences, Management).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a related field.
- proficiency in Afan Oromo is a mandatory requirement
B. Additional Expertise
- Experience in team management, project coordination, and service delivery.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and performance monitoring.
