Job Description

The System & Storage Team Manager is responsible for leading the pre-sales activities and technical bid responses for the systems & storage Solution. This role involves working closely with the Sales Team Lead to understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate technical aspects of proposals to clients.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop, Implement, and Oversee policies and procedures
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations and provides technical support to end-users
• Responsible for overseeing our company’s or clients storage systems, including managing and organizing data, ensuring security and implementation efficient storage practices.
• Manage the flow of materials, and ensure that specific storage procedures are followed
• Will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluation of systems & storage personnel.
• Engage with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of Designs and maintaining system infrastructures.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of a system storage team.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to solution engineers.

Salary: Negotiable but Attractive
